Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a winding material free of the deviation of thickness by a method in which a small width of a heat-meltable resin band is bonded to a sheet part, and the sheet part is wound up while rolling a thick deviation-correcting sheet into the sheet portion other than the hot-bonded portion of the small width of the resin band. CONSTITUTION:A sheet part 10 is fed by rolls 13 and 14 provided between drums 11-16, and one edge of the sheet part 10 is heated by a heater 20. A small width of a heat-meltable resin band 21 is press-bonded to the one edge heated of the sheet part 10 and cooled by a cooler 23. The sheet part 10 so treated is wound with the sheet 31 around the drum 16 while rolling the sheet 31 into the sheet portion other than the hot-bonded portion of the small width of the resin band 21. The correcting sheet 31 is repeatedly used. The rolled sheet part free of the deviation of thickness can thus be obtained.

The conventional bonding method is fusion bonding method (1-10T MELT)
Thermal bonding method using polyethylene laminate or polyethylene laminate is common.
In the former method, as shown in FIG. 1(a), a heat-melt resin 1 made of one or more heat-adhesive natural synthetic resins alone or in a mixture is melted and adhered to the joints of the sheet members 2 in the form of lines or dots. This method is used to bond the molten resin before it solidifies, and it is not very versatile because it requires a so-called production system in which drawings are made immediately before the hot molten resin is cooled. Since a device and a device to heat and supply the molten material are required, the equipment investment is large and maintenance is troublesome. My strength has deteriorated,
There is a drawback that if the hot melt resin comes off or protrudes from the joint part, it will adhesively adhere to other parts and cause problems, which will hinder high-speed adhesion and cause interruptions in the adhesion work.

In the latter case, as shown in FIG. 1(b) or (C), a part of the paper laminated with polyethylene 4 on one or both sides of the sheet member 3, so-called full-surface polylaminated paper, may be used. It can be melted and joined to the sheet member 3 or polyethylene laminated FI.
4 comrades are melted and bonded, and since the bonded portion 1A immediately solidifies when cooled, bonding is performed at high speed and does not require special equipment, making it extremely economical and efficient. Polyethylene on one or both sides of the part? Il! Since the membrane is laminated, the price of the material becomes high, and the laminated polyethylene film is charged with electricity, which causes problems.
In particular, it has the disadvantage that automatic separation is not possible.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, a sheet member 10 made of long paper for processing bags, boxes, cones, etc. or plastic with a relatively high melting point is wound around the supply drum 11, It has been proposed that the conveyance direction is changed by the pressure roll 15 and the winding is carried out on the tick-up drum 16. A heater 20 is provided for preheating for bonding, and a heat roll 14 and an idle roll 13 are provided.
A narrow strip 21 of a heat-meltable resin such as a polyolefin resin is wound between the heat roll 14 and the sheet member 10. When winding the narrow width strip 21 onto the tick-up drum 16 by providing an air cooling device @ 23 for cooling the narrow width strip 21 of a heat-meltable resin such as a polyolefin resin that has been heat-pressure bonded and fused together with the pressure roll 15 , the narrow width strip 21 is provided. Therefore, there was a drawback that the thickness of the rolled material A was uneven.

To explain this defect in detail, the sheet member 10 to which the narrow stripes 21 are attached has a difference in thickness between the attached part and the non-attached part, and this difference in thickness is caused especially when the member 10 is wound up. This appears as a difference in the thickness of the wound material, that is, a difference in diameter, as shown in the material shown by the reference numerals in FIG.

This is generally referred to as uneven thickness of the rolled material, but as the sheet material is partially stretched by winding, the more times the spring is removed, the more this tension expands and eventually cracks, deforms, ruptures, and breaks. Even if it does not cause damage, if the winding is unwound in the next process, the narrow strips 21 may be attached,
There is a drawback that the difference in the diameter of the amorphous portion causes a difference in the length of the sheet to be fed out, causing meandering of the green sheet member, which causes problems in the use of the member.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, this invention heats and adheres a narrow strip of polyolefin resin, for example, polyethylene, to only a specific location of a sheet member, and melts the narrow strip of heated Rua resin such as polyolefin resin to form a sheet. (The purpose of this device is to provide a device that prevents thickness unevenness by winding up a sheet material that is made to adhere to other parts of one part together with a thickness unevenness correction sheet, and its characteristics are In this method, a narrow strip of heat-meltable resin such as a polyolefin resin is continuously applied to a specific portion of a long sheet member that is conveyed in the length direction using a heat roll, and the fused sheet member is In winding up the sheet member, the sheet member for pasting processing is wound up together with the uneven thickness correction sheet while being wound around the sheet member other than the fused portion of the narrow width strip. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to an embodiment shown in FIG. 3 and subsequent figures.

As described above, the present invention uses heat rolls to continuously fuse narrow strips of heat-meltable resin such as polyolefin resin to specific portions of a long sheet member that is conveyed in the longitudinal direction. , and when winding up the sheet member of this fusion method, the sheet member is wound together with the uneven thickness correction sheet while winding the uneven thickness correction sheet around the sheet member other than the a@ part of the narrow strip. The material cost is lower than that of full-face polyethylene laminated paper (full-face poly-coated paper), and the narrow strips of heat-meltable resin such as polyolefin resin that serves as the adhesive on the joint surface quickly becomes solid and sticky when cooled. Compared to the above-mentioned hot-melt method, the present invention is more flexible because the sheet material can be rolled up together with the uneven thickness correction sheet immediately after the narrow strips are fused and transported to another location to be manufactured into a product. In addition to advantages such as ease of handling as there is no uneven thickness and no equipment costs as the device is extremely simple, the uneven thickness correction sheet according to the present invention is economical as it can be reused. The material has a significantly lower static charge than the aforementioned full-face polylaminated paper, so it has many effects, such as the ability to easily and automatically separate cones one by one from a cone polymer. have
