しめる貼付加工用シート部材の製造装置に関するもので

必要となるため、設備投資が大きく保守が面倒であり、
零下50℃以上の極低温用包装体で接着力を発揮する熱
溶融樹脂は常温で接着力が劣化してしまい、接合部分よ
り熱溶融樹脂が外れたり、食み出した場合他の部分に粘
接着をして支障をきたすことが^速接着をさまたげたり

ィルムを貼着するため素材としての価格が高くなると共
に、コートしたポリエチレンフィルムへの帯電による障
害が生じ例えば成品となったコーンの重合体からコーン
を1個ずつ分離することは困難を極め、特に自動分離は

段と、該シート部材の特定部分にポリオレフィン系樹脂
等の加熱溶融性樹脂の小幅条を加熱融着せしめるヒート
ロールとを備え、長尺のシート部材の特定個所に加熱溶
融性樹脂の小幅条を連続的に融着せしめるようにしたこ
とを特徴とする貼付加工用シート部材の製造装置を提供
するものである。以下この発明を第2図以降に示す一実

条の融着直後にシート素材のまま巻取って他所に搬送し
て製品化できるので融通性に富み、装置も極く簡単なも
のでよいので設備費がかからない等の効果のほかに、こ
の発明によるシート部材は前述した全面ポリコート紙に
比して静電気の帯電が大幅に小さいから成品となった例
