Abstract

PURPOSE:To stick the cut tape efficiently to packing material by applying pressure-sensitive adhesive onto one face of cut tape material while further applying the peeling paper thereafter pushing said cut tape material efficiently against the packing material. CONSTITUTION:Simultaneously with feeding of packing material 1, cut tape material 7 is also fed while being cut through a cutter 13. Upon detection of tape sticking position on the packing material 1 through photoelectric tube 20, feeding of packing material 1 is stopped to separate the tape 7a arrived to the lower section of guideboard 15 from the peeling paper 9 while to roll the lower end of guideboard 15 to the left thus to stick onto the upper face of packing material 1. Thereafter, feeding of packing material 1 is resumed to adhere the tape 7a through pressure contact roller 21. Here, the tape 7a has been stuck through sticking roller 19 to perform sticking and adhesion simultaneously.

The method involves a bag-making process in which a long flat film is intermittently fed along its length to form a tube, heat-sealed at the required locations, and then cut into unit lengths. Then, when the film is stopped feeding, a cut tape cut to a predetermined length is held on the bottom surface of the tape conveying member and positioned on the top surface of the film in a direction crossing the film feeding direction from the outside in the width direction of the film. , by moving a heat-pressing member corresponding to the cut tape upward from the bottom surface of the film, the cut tape and the film are bonded together;
After completing the step of attaching the cut tape in a polymerized state and heat-sealing it between the tape conveying member and the thermocompression bonding member, the tape conveyance member and the thermocompression bonding member are respectively moved back and the film is bonded. In this method, feeding is restarted, and the process of attaching the cut tape is repeated when the feeding of the film is stopped.

According to the above method, some results can be obtained, but in this method, the cut tape is attached one by one during the bag making process, and for this purpose, the machine workpiece has to be attached to the width of the material to be adhered. Since it is designed to make one round trip in one direction, it is mechanically impossible, and there is a limit to speeding up.
Depending on the capabilities of the packaging machine, it may not be possible to follow
However, there is a problem in that the service life of the machine is also relatively short.

The present invention solves the problems of the prior art as described above, and enables efficient attachment of cut tape to packaging materials mainly in the first stage of the bag making process, as well as prolonging the service life of the machine without imposing stress on the machine. This method was developed for the purpose of providing a method for attaching a cut tape that can be used to cut tape, and its structure is such that a long flat film-like packaging material made of a synthetic resin film or a laminated composite material is intermittently sent out, and A cut tape material is coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side, a release paper is attached to the adhesive, and wound up, and a cut of a predetermined width is made in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the cut tape material, leaving the release paper behind. While making a cut or making a cut similar to the cut in advance, send it out in the same direction as the packaging material, and when the packaging material is at rest, peel off the cut tape from the release paper and paste it on a predetermined part of the upper surface of the packaging material. After carrying out the process and the step of applying the already pasted cut tape to the packaging material by pressing 9, restart the feeding of the packaging material, and repeat the operation of applying the cut tape through both of the above steps when the feeding is stopped. It is characterized by doing.

[Effect]
That is, in the method of the present invention, a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to one side of the cut tape material, a release paper is pasted to the adhesive, and the tape is rolled, without having to prepare each cut tape to a predetermined length. The cut tape material is then sent out while leaving the release paper and making cuts of a predetermined width in a direction perpendicular to the length direction, or with cuts similar to the above cuts in advance, to create packaging that is sent out intermittently. When the material is suspended, a step of peeling the cut tape from the release paper and pasting it onto the packaging material at a predetermined portion on the upper surface of the packaging material, and a step of pressing the already pasted cut tape onto the packaging material are performed. This is what I did.

Now, the packaging material 1 is fed out, and the cut tape material 7 is fed out while being cut by the cutting blade 13.
When the phototube 20 detects the cut tape pasting position on the packaging material 1, the feeding of the packaging material 1 is stopped and the roller 12
The cut tape 7a that has been guided from the guide plate 15 to the lower end thereof is peeled off from the release paper 9 and removed from the guide plate 1.
5 swings about its mounting shaft 15a, and its lower end moves to the left, while the pasting roller 19 moves to the lower left and pastes the cut tape 7a onto the upper surface of the packaging material 1 which is in a resting state. When the feeding of the packaging material 1 is restarted and the cut tape 7a pasted on the upper surface reaches the lower side of the pressure roller 21, the feeding of the packaging material 1 is stopped and the pressure roller 21 is lowered to release the cut tape 7a. to the packaging material 1. While this adhesion is being performed, the cut tape 7a is pasted by the above-mentioned pasting roller 19 in front of it. That is, when the feeding of the packaging material 1 is stopped, the cutting tape 7a is pasted and bonded at the same time, and the guide plate 1
5 and pasting roller 19 are operated.
