Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce noise of indoor side and improve the condition of suction in the indoor side as well as the capacity of a heat exchanger by a method wherein an indoor side ventilating circuit and an outdoor side ventilating circuit are provided at the outside of a room and the suction port of the indoor side is constituted so that it is spread at the side of the indoor side heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:The indoor side ventilating circuit 27 is provided with the indoor side suction port 19 and an indoor side blow-off port 18 while the indoor side heat exchanger 21, an indoor side fan 22 and a nozzle-type duct 20 are arranged in the indoor side ventilating circuit 27. The duct 20 is consisting of a conical nozzle unit 20a, dispersing the suction air to the central and peripheral sections of the heat exchanger 21, and a rib section 20b supporting the nozzle unit. Air is sucked from the suction port 19 and is sent out of the blow-off port 18 through the duct 20, the heat exchanger 21 and the ventilating circuit 27 in the indoor side. The suction air, passing through the duct 20, is distributed by the conical nozzle section into central airflow C1 and peripheral airflow C2 and passes the heat exchager 21 under being spread, therefore, the temperature distribution on the surface of the heat exchanger becomes uniform and the capacity of the heat exchanger may be improved. On the other hand, the indoor side ventilating circuit 27 and the outdoor side ventilating circuit 28 are provided at the outside of a room, therefore, the noise of the indoor side may be reduced.
