Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a different-color printing by a method wherein a paper and a transfer paper previously integrated are subjected to a printing as in a combined sheet and then, the transfer paper is separated from the paper. CONSTITUTION:A combined sheet 1 being used is a combination of a paper 2 to be used as a label or mark sheet and a transfer paper 3 such as carbon black paper. The combined sheet 1 is subjected to a printing while passing through a print head 8 and a platen 9 and the transfer paper 3 is separated at the point of a separation roll 10. In the combined sheet 1 separated into the transfer paper 3 and the paper 2, the transfer paper is wound on a shaft 6 while the paper on a shaft 7 respectively. Thus, the preparation of various colors in the transfer paper facilitates the printing in different colors.

[Detailed description of the invention] This invention provides carbon paper, thermal printing paper, thermal transfer carbon paper,
The present invention relates to a printing method using transfer paper, such as chemical contact paper, in which printing is performed by impact, pressure, or heating.

In this type of printing method, there are usually two paper rolls and a transfer paper sticker, and during printing, the paper A and the transfer paper are pulled out from both four rolls, and the two are brought together at a predetermined location and printing is performed. , and then each is wound onto a take-up roll (Figure 1).

However, if the paper and transfer paper are separate in this way, two rolls are required for each, one for unwinding and one for winding, and furthermore, the speed and axis (0 to g) of these unwinding and winding are different.
Adjusting the distance, levelness, and parallelism between them is extremely difficult. If these adjustments cannot be made, the transfer paper or paper may break or creases may occur, making it impossible to print smoothly.

In particular, transfer paper such as carbon paper is fragile and may sag or break easily if too much tension is applied. Furthermore, it is a burden to have five axes (0 to g) that require such difficult adjustment.

本発明は上記の点を解決せんとするもので、その特徴は

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its feature is that it uses a roll in which paper and transfer paper are pre-integrated.

This will be explained below with reference to FIG. 2.8. First, in the present invention, a composite sheet 1 as illustrated in FIG. 2 is used, that is, a composite sheet 1 in which a paper 2 used as a label or a mark sheet and a transfer paper 8 such as carbon paper are integrated. Integration is carried out by simply wrapping the two together or by temporary adhesion with paraffin or the like. This composite sheet is preferably a roll 4'' and is sold in roll form or in the form of a cassette containing the roll.

A shaft 5 is a feeding shaft on which a roll 4 is set, and the composite sheet 1 passes between a print head 8 and a platen 9, during which printing is performed, and the transfer paper 8 is separated at a separation roll 10. The transfer paper 8 is separated after passing through the print head.
It is also possible to directly separate the axis without using a pole, and the pole 10 is not necessarily necessary. In the composite sheet 1 separated into the transfer paper 8 and the paper 2 (printed), the transfer paper is wound on a winding shaft 6, and the paper is wound on a winding shaft 5, respectively. In this case, the tension for moving the composite sheet 1 is mainly applied by the platen 9 or by the winding shaft 7;
is the winding driving force that is synchronized with this. It is also sufficient for the shaft 5 to provide a brake of appropriate strength. The transfer paper 8 and the paper 6 are bonded together by a method that combines a certain adhesive force and ease of separation, such as by pressing the transfer paper against paraffin coated on both sides of the paper 6.

点が第2の特徴である。
As mentioned above, the first feature of the method of the present invention is that the transfer paper and paper are integrated in advance to form a composite sheet, and such composite sheet is printed as it is and then transferred. The second feature is that the strength for separating the paper from the paper and for moving the composite sheet is applied only to the paper.

Due to the first characteristic, ■ the number of major axes that require adjustment in a printing press is 5.
7.11, and due to the second fi-sign,
The main adjustment is only between the shaft 5 that feeds out the roll and the shaft 11 of the platen, and the shaft 6 that winds up the transfer paper can be wound very passively to the extent that the peeled transfer paper does not slacken. ,
Further, since the winding shaft 7 may be the same as the winding shaft 6, the number of windings between the shafts is actually two, which is much simpler than the conventional four winding shafts.

■ The fact that the composite sheet is moved by tension against the paper prevents the relatively weak transfer paper from breaking, and is useful in fields such as hand labelers that require lightweight and simple structure and are often handled roughly. You will be able to use transfer paper for even objects.

■ 転写紙と用紙間に移送速度差が出ることはないから
