Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コレクタに主電源が接続されエミッタにＣ−ＭＯ３構造
    の揮発性記憶素子が負荷として接続されるトランジスタ
    と、このトランジスタのベースに接続され基準電圧とな
    る一次電池とを備え、上記主電源の動作時には該主電源
    より上記トランジスタを介して上記揮発性記憶素子に上
    記−次電池により安定化された電源電圧を供給し、上記
    主電源の非動作時には上記−次電池より上記トランジス
    タのベース・エミッタ間を介して上記揮発性記憶素子に
    電源電圧を供給することを特徴とする電圧安定化・補償
    回路。
