、ＰＧはフォトゲート電極、１０，２０はＭＣＣＤ、　
Ｂａ、　Ｂｂはバリヤ、Ｗａ、Ｗｂハウエル部、Ｃ８ａ
、Ｃ８ｂは排出部のチャンネルストップ、Ｄａ、　Ｄｂ
はドＬ／イア、ＢＧａ、　ＢＧｂはバイアスゲート電極
である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体基板に、該基板をチャンネルストップにより多数
    の画素相当部分に分割しその上にフォトゲート電極を被
    着してなる感光領域を設け、また該感光領域の各画素相
    当部分にチャンネルを連通させた蛇行チャンネル型電荷
    転送装置を該感光領域に沿って配設した半導体撮像装置
    において、該蛇行チャンネル型電荷転送装置の該感光領
    域とは反対側側縁の半導体基板表層部にブルーミング時
    には過剰電荷の流出を可能にする不純物導入バリ゛ヤを
    設けるとともに、該バリヤに沿って延びそして電荷排出
    用のドレインを有するウェル部、該ウェル部に沿って延
    びるチャンネルストップ、該バリヤおよびウェル部を覆
    うバイアスゲート電極を付設して過剰電荷排出部を構成
    したことを特徴とする半導体撮像装置。
