Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁性基板とその下方に所定間隔をもって平行に位置す
    る水晶振動子とが、複数の保持バネを介して気密容器の
    ベース上に保持してあり、上記絶縁性基板の上面に、下
    部電極膜と誘電体膜と上部電極膜とからなりかつこの上
    部電極膜をトリミングすることによって容量値が調整可
    能である積層構造の負荷容量が形成してあり、上記絶縁
    性基板の下面に、上記水晶振動子の駆動用集積回路チッ
    プが実装しである ことを特徴とする水晶発振器。
