    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板の少なくとも一面上に設けたトリミング電極の有効
    電極面積を削減して容量を可変するトリミンクコンデン
    サにおいて、前記トリミング電極は、発振回路と組合せ
    た場合の周波数特性において、トリミングによる電極面
    積削減に伴う周波数変化率が略一定となるように分割し
    て形成したことを特徴とするトリミングコンデンサ。
