    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子時計性等の基準周波数を発生する発振回路に用いら
    れるトリマーコンデンサに於いて、金属基板の表面に設
    けられた絶縁層上に前記金属基板とコンデンサを形成す
    る櫛形状の電極を設け、該櫛形状の電極を前記絶縁層上
    に形成された導電路の一部に固着された半導体素子の発
    振回路に延在及び接続すると共に前記櫛形状電極の櫛歯
    を所望の発振周波数となる様にトリミングし切断するこ
    とを特徴とするトリマーコンデンサ。
