Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of assembly by forming a bulb spacer contact, which is to hold an electron gun structure in the bulb, with a circular arc- shaped stationary section installed around an electrode and a flat section which is extending from both ends of the stationary section and has a contact area. CONSTITUTION:A bulb spacer contact 8, which is to hold an electron gun structure in the bulb, is formed as one body with a stationary section 8a formed like a circular arc around G5 electrode 4, flat sections 8b extending from both ends of this stationary section 8a in the axial direction of the electron gun structure, and bulb contact elements 8c, each formed like a circular arc at each end of the flat section 8a.
