変換し該パルス電圧を整流平滑して出力するもので、こ
の出力電圧を取出して基準電圧と比較し該比較結果に基
づいて前記スイッチング素子を駆動するパルス信号のデ
ユーティを可変することにより前記出力電圧を一定に制
御する制御手段を有する電源回路において、前記パルス
電圧路の電流量を検出してふの検出電流が所定レベル以
上に増大するとき前記パルス電圧のデユーティを可変し
て前記出力電圧のレベルを低減する第１の過電流保護回
路と、前記スイッチング素子に流れる電流量を検出して
この検出電流が所定レベル以上に増大するとき前記パル
ス信号のバイアスレベルを可変してスイッチング素子に
流れる電流量を低減する第２の過電流保護手段とを具備
