うになされたトランジスタ保護回路において、該トラン
ジスタのコレクタ・エミッタ間の電圧を検出して、その
検出値が設定レベル以上の電圧値のときに過電圧検出信
号を出力する過電圧検出回路と、該トランジスタのベー
スに供給されるベース信号と前記過電圧検出信号との論
理積を得る論理積回路と、この論理積回路から出力信号
が送出されたときに該トランジスタのコレクタ・エミッ
タ間電圧とコレクタ電流との特性に基いて、該トランジ
スタに過電流が流れたと判断して、前記ベース信号を遮
断するベース増幅回路とを備えたことを特徴とするトラ
