ミッタボンディングワイヤの溶断電流を説明する特性図
である。
主な図番の説明、１１はトランス、１２は整流平滑回路
、１３は３端子レギュレータ回路、１４は制御トランジ

御トランジスタのエミッタボンディングワイヤを溶断す
