That is, the auxiliary walls 16.17 extend from the side wall 8a to the side wall 8a.
It extends perpendicularly to the side wall 8a toward the side wall 20 of the soundproof box 8 facing the side wall 8a, and extends between the ceiling wall 8b and the compressor main body 1, and between each of the side walls 8c, 8c and the compressor main body 1. Therefore, a duct 14 communicating with the intake port 13 and surrounding the compressor body 1 is formed between the auxiliary walls 16 and 17 and the compressor body 1.

In order to blow air toward this duct 14, a blade part 15 is provided on the pulley 5, and on the other hand, in order to release the cooling air that has entered the soundproof box 8 to the outside, an outlet 18 is provided in the side wall 8C98C. It is perforated.

It is preferable that a sound absorbing material is attached to the auxiliary walls 16 and 17 as well as the side walls and ceiling wall of the soundproof box 8, and the exhaust port 18 is arranged so as not to be in a straight line with the intake port 13,
It is preferable to configure the structure to efficiently absorb sound.

However, if the exhaust port 18 is formed in the side wall 8a where the intake port 13 is provided, the airflow that has passed through the duct 14 will flow in the reverse direction, increasing ventilation resistance and increasing the load on the blade portion 15, so avoid this. is preferable.

The blade portion 15 of the pulley 5 has the shape of an axial flow type blade used in ventilation fans, etc., and the pulley generally has only a plurality of supports between a boss that is fitted into the shaft and a rim on the periphery. Therefore, the blade portion 15 may be disposed between the supports.

However, in order to create a new pulley having the blade portion 15, the boss and the rim may be connected by the blade portion itself, thereby omitting the support.

According to the present invention configured as above, when the compressor main body 1 is operated by the motor 2 via the pulley 6, belt 7, and pulley 5, the compressor main body 1 obtains compressed air.

At this time, the heat dissipated from the compressor body is taken away by the cooling air sent from the rotating twisted blades 15 of the pulley 5, so there is no heat buildup around the compressor body 1, and the heat buildup prevents the equipment As a result, it is possible to maintain good operation at all times as a result of preventing situations such as burn-in.

Furthermore, since the cooling air is sent through a duct surrounding the compressor main body, the cooling efficiency is good, and the blades provided on the pulley can also provide a sufficient cooling effect.

Furthermore, since a pressure ventilation fan is not provided separately and only a slight change in design of the pulley is required, it can be manufactured at a lower cost than the pressure ventilation fan system.

In the air compressor of the present invention, the compressor body is housed in the upper part of the soundproof box, and the motor is housed in the lower part of the soundproof box. The floor area can be made extremely small, and the air intake port is formed in the part facing the pulley of the rotating shaft of the compressor main body housed in the upper part of the soundproof box, and from this air intake port, the blades formed on the pulley are connected. Since the air is forcibly sucked into the soundproof box by the section, it is possible to avoid sucking relatively dusty air near the floor, and it is possible to always suck clean air above the floor where it is installed.

In addition, in the air compressor of the present invention, an auxiliary wall that extends perpendicularly to the first side wall provided with the intake port and surrounds the compressor main body is provided between the soil wall and the compressor main body and the third side wall. A duct is provided between each of the fourth side walls and the compressor main body, and around the compressor main body, a duct that communicates with the intake port is formed almost straight. Because the space is separated by walls,
The compressor body can be efficiently cooled because the inhaled air can be brought into contact with the compressor body without waste, while the area around the compressor body can be substantially double soundproofed to reduce the sound emitted from the compressor body. Furthermore, sound insulation can be achieved reliably, and cooling and soundproofing can be efficiently achieved all at once.

At the same time, in this invention, since the exhaust port is provided in the lower part of the soundproof box facing the motor, the motor can also be cooled by the air passing through the duct, and the air emitted from the compressor body can also be cooled. Direct leakage of sound from the exhaust port can be prevented.
