When using an automatic winding machine, insulated wires are subjected to strong tension and are subject to bending, friction, etc.
``Due to CC winding, the insulating layer is easily damaged (J).
This has led to problems such as an increase in equipment failure due to ground failures, etc.

For these reasons, there has been a demand for the development of self-lubricating insulated wires that are self-winding and capable of reducing the coil-forming space factor, and attempts have been made recently.

Moreover, when winding, there is a drawback that the winding property of transformers, coils, etc. is poor. On the other hand, there is a method of applying a solid lubricant such as solid paraffin, which has better lubricity than liquid lubricant, but since it uses a solvent, safety and health issues may be affected.
Also, it is preferable to use polyamide resin (6-nylon, 66-lead), which has a small coefficient of friction, for the insulation layer -1- of the insulated wire. There is a method of applying and baking coating M'+1 (e.g. 1), but in the wire manufacturing process, the coating equipment is complicated because it is coated on the conventional insulated wire 1, which reduces production efficiency. There are disadvantages such as a decrease in iI/

In this case, the lubricant has poor dispersibility and cannot be applied uniformly to the surface of the insulated wire, resulting in poor appearance. Moreover, if it exceeds 90% of heavy stitching, the slip fl will deteriorate, which is not preferable.

) It is heated to 0°C, applied in a liquid state onto a conductor via an insulating film, and baked to produce a self-lubricating insulated wire. This insulated wire has a small coefficient of static friction, which is a measure of slipperiness, and has a large number of reciprocating wears, and is excellent in self-ITh'l slipping properties.

.. A self-lubricating insulated wire having a diameter of 0.001 mm was obtained. The same measurements as in the examples were carried out on this electric wire, so the 3° comparison shown in Table 1 was carried out. An insulating paint with a C solid content of 16% was obtained. This paint was applied and baked onto a round steel wire having a conductor diameter of 1 mm and 0 ml, which had a polyester insulating film, to obtain a 6-self-lubricating insulated wire with a self-lubricating bamboo film having a thickness of 0.001 ml. The obtained wires were subjected to characteristic tests similar to those in the Examples, and are shown in Table 1.
