    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源投入時にＣＲ時定数回路の出力でＣＰＵのパワーオ
    ンリセットを行なうＣＰＵのリセット回路において、Ｃ
    Ｒ時定数回路の出力の電圧レベルを監視する定電圧素子
    と、この定電圧素子の出力によってオンオフ制御される
    トランジスタと、ＣＰＵからのリード・ライト制御信号
    をメモリに与えるゲート回路とを備え、前記トランジス
    タの出力によりＣＰＵのリセットを行なうとともに前記
    ゲート回路の開閉制御を行なうことを特徴とすをＣＰＵ
    のリセット回路。
