[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a construction method for brick pavement. Generally, pavements such as park walkways, poolsides, parking lots, etc. are performed using asphalt, concrete, flat block, interlocking block, or brick paving specifications. It is something that In particular, in recent years, there has been a reconsideration of the use of red bricks, which create an old-fashioned and calm atmosphere and combine elegance and fashion, in areas such as subdivisions, green belts, manneon fences, and promenades. Traditionally, the laying and construction of bricks required a high degree of technical and construction skill and effort in the foundation process, laying process, joint filling, etc. As a result, the first stage took a long time and the price was high. It also had to be expensive. Moreover, as shown in Figure 1, if this is the conventional construction method using dry mortar (21 etc. approximately 3 osm thick) on top of a 50 to 100 B thick concrete roadbed (11), the bricks laid on top of it would be (3
), there is mortar for forming joints (
4) is also filled with bricks (3
) that an efflorescence phenomenon occurs on the surface. Therefore, various drugs have been used to prevent it and a large number of personnel have been required, but in the end it was considered that it had to be stopped for a while. Therefore, the present invention was developed as a result of various studies in view of the above-mentioned circumstances. Even when red bricks are used, the unique color tone of the bricks is not lost, the construction technology is extremely easy, and the construction can be completed in a short period of time, and it is also cost effective. The purpose of this project is to provide a construction method for brick pavement that can reduce the amount of water used. A method of constructing brick pavement, in which bricks are laid and fixed on top, and at that time, the rtlIm between these bricks is filled with sand, and the water is poured onto the surface to tighten the sand that has entered the gaps. be.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In Fig. 2, (11) is the roadbed that will be the base for repair work, and is rolled to a desired thickness (for example, about 50 to 108 g) and prepared to a predetermined compaction. It is said that ore rt is suitable as the material used, but loose wood, crushed stone, etc. can also be used if desired - and then, on top of that, a sand layer (121
is laid evenly, and then bricks (131) are laid on top of the sand bed. At this time, since the sand layer (121) retains some cushioning properties, the surface of each brick (IJ) is Tap lightly with a mallet or rubber hammer to secure it stably, and at the same time, open joints (14i) of 3 to 51 g as necessary. Note that the opening of the joints (14) should be done when the surface of the brick is uneven. In some cases, there is a natural VC gap between the bricks in contact with each other, and in this case, 6 to 5W
There is no need to provide the M joints, and the above gaps are used.

Next, sand is filled between the joints (14). The method is to sprinkle sand on the surface of the brick pavement that has already been laid, and use a broom or sweeper to thoroughly sweep the sand between the joints (11K).Then, after that, water is poured into the bricks. Scatter the pavement surface K 'I'J, and connect the above joint f111 (
Tighten the sand that has already been filled into 14i as much as necessary. Note that the bricks mentioned here are representative of so-called fired clay products, and the present invention having the above-described structure is a cement type that causes an efflorescence phenomenon in the bricks compared to the conventional brick lit & technique method. This means that there is no need to use any concrete, and the construction period is also considerably shortened by eliminating the need for IJ installation of ready-mixed concrete, the use of cement, and the curing period for this purpose. .

Specifically, since it becomes passable immediately after construction, the effect will be greater in areas that are frequently visited. On the other hand, from a strength standpoint, when the bricks are laid, they are buried in a sand layer with a cushioning property, and in addition, the sand is tightened by the introduction of water, which bites the bricks. It can be fixed into a shape, maintains strength comparable to conventional mortar, and has no water retention due to rainfall or water loss compared to K, which has excellent water drainage. The most effective case is when repairing existing shafting, and in brick paving using conventional mortar bonding, I
Note: If there is any fluctuation or depression in the concrete roadbed, steps or cracks will occur in the directly connected mortar joints and brick parts, and even if these are to be repaired, it will be necessary to repair the roadbed, form joints, and lay bricks over a wide area. In contrast, in the present invention, slight ground movements and depressions can be absorbed by the slag and sand layer, and even if steps and cracks as described above occur, the brick parts can be removed. 1~. Adjust the sand layer 1
The practical effects of the present invention are revolutionary, as it is possible to restore the original state by simply forming sand joints, and repair and construction do not require any high level of skill. .
