設定回転数以下にエンジン回転数が低下するまでアイド
ル燃料増量を停止して、それ以外のアイドル時にアイド
ル燃料増量を行うようにしたアイドル燃料増量手段と、
エンジン温度が設定値以下のときのエンジン始動直後に
、エンジン回転数が上記第1設定回転数以上となるよう
に吸気量を所定時間だけ増量させる吸気量制御手段とを
