The wet molded product (tile) is formed by the press machine 7A from the molding material supplied from the soil wire machine 6A, and this overflow molded product is loaded onto the drying cart 3A at the filling section 8A and stored as a reserve. It is sent to drying room 4A. While the drying cart 3A moves within this pre-drying chamber 4A, the molded product is exposed to residual heat from the tunnel kiln 2A installed below the main drying chamber IA.
Preliminary drying by heat. Next, while the drying cart 3A that has passed through the preliminary drying chamber 4A moves within the main drying chamber IA, the molded product is dried by the drying heat of the tunnel kiln 2A. Thereafter, the drying cart 3A is moved to the loading/unloading section 10A, where the molded product is unloaded, and then moved to the loading section 8A again.
According to the above drying, both preliminary drying and main drying are heat drying.

[o' Because the pre-drying room 4A is limited to a space that can utilize the heat of the tunnel kiln 2A, the time for pre-drying the molded product is shorter than that for main drying. Pre-drying room 4
There is a large difference in the drying speed between A and the main drying chamber IA,
In other words, there is a large difference in temperature and humidity between the atmospheres of the pre-drying chamber 4A and the main drying chamber IA, which increases the disparity between the drying conditions of both chambers, making it easy for molded products to crack and buckle. However, there was a drawback that the yield of the product was poor.
Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned disadvantages, it is an object of the present invention to reduce the difference in drying conditions between pre-drying and main drying, and to minimize the occurrence of cracks and curling of molded products. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for drying a wet-molded product, which can suppress the drying process and improve the yield of the product.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention pre-dries green-type molded products such as roof tiles and tiles in a pre-drying room 4 and then main-dries them in a main drying room 1 adjacent to the pre-drying room 4. This is a method for drying a wet molded product, in which the atmosphere in the pre-drying chamber 4 is suctioned to pre-dry the wet molded product in a reduced pressure atmosphere, and the main drying chamber 1
Then, the atmosphere sucked from the pre-drying chamber 4 is force-fed in a decentralized manner into the main drying chamber 1, and an atmosphere is created in which the temperature difference between the main drying chamber 1 and the atmosphere in the pre-drying chamber 4 is reduced. The gist of this method is to dry the wet-molded product. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.

First, let's talk about the manufacturing factory for wet molded products.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a main drying chamber formed on the tunnel kiln 2, and in this example, it is arranged in four rows and can accommodate 14 drying carts 3 to 3 in each row, and the drying carts 3 to 3 are connected from the front entrance. It is possible to gradually move to the rear exit. Reference numeral 4 denotes a pre-drying room adjacent to the right side wall la of the main drying room 1, in which residual heat and exhaust heat from the tunnel kiln 2 can be used as pre-drying heat, and the drying cart 3 is 10-2 in one row
It can accommodate 5 cars (12 cars in this example) and can be moved gradually from the rear entrance to the front exit.

This loading/unloading section 10 is connected to the loading section 8 by a return path 11, and is connected to the outlet of the main drying chamber 1 by a product feeding path 12. Next, to describe the configuration of the main part of the present invention, dampers 13 to 13 are installed at four locations on each of the inlet and outlet sides of the pre-drying chamber 4 at intervals of one drying cart 3. has been done. In addition,
The dampers 13 to 13 are each linked to a damper opening/closing device (not shown), and are opened and closed as the drying cart 3 moves. Blowers 14, 14 are arranged adjacent to each other on the inlet side and the outlet side of the pre-drying chamber 4, while vacuum pumps I5, 15 are arranged in the middle. Thus, each suction pipe 14a of the blower 14 is branched into three directions, and each damper 13, 1 of the pre-drying chamber 4 is
The suction pipes 15a of the vacuum pumps 15, 15 are also passed through the center of the preliminary drying chamber 4. In addition, each proar 14, 14 and the vacuum pump 15
, 15 are extended between the main drying chamber 1 and the tunnel chamber 2, and branched into the main drying chamber 1 as appropriate. Therefore, the intake and exhaust amounts of the blowers 14, 14 and the vacuum pumps 15, 15 may be appropriately selected depending on the molded product to be dried. In addition, in the figure, 16

Then, the drying cart 3 is sent to the preliminary drying chamber 4 through the transfer path 9. While the drying cart 3 moves within the pre-drying chamber 4, the molded product is pre-dried. next,
The drying cart 3 that has passed through the preliminary drying chamber 4 enters the main drying chamber 1 through the distribution supply path 5 and moves within the drying chamber 1. Then,
As it moves, the molded product is dried by the dry haze heat of the tunnel kiln 2. After that, the drying trolley 3
The product is moved through the product transport path 12 to the loading/unloading section 1, where the molded product, that is, the product is unloaded, and then moved through the return path 11 to the loading section 8 again. Therefore, the inside of the pre-drying chamber 4 includes blowers 14, 14 and vacuum pumps 15, 15.
The wet molded product is pre-dried in a reduced pressure atmosphere.

Therefore, by reducing the pressure, the moisture inside the wet-molded product can be moved to the outside and discharged as much as possible, and the effect of pre-drying can be obtained in a short period of time.
In addition, the atmosphere sucked from the pre-drying chamber 4 by the blowers 14, 14 and the vacuum pumps 15, 15 is distributed into the main drying chamber 1, so that the atmosphere between the pre-drying chamber 4 and the main drying chamber 1 is While the difference in drying speed is kept as small as possible,
Drying is performed with an appropriate amount of humidity, so-called superheated steam drying.

Therefore, the wet molded product is predried in a reduced pressure atmosphere in the pre-drying chamber 4, and the temperature and humidity differences between the wet molded product and the atmosphere in the pre-drying chamber 4 are reduced in the main drying chamber 1. Since the wet molded product is dried in a reduced atmosphere, the occurrence of cracks and warping of the molded product is suppressed as much as possible, and the yield of the product is improved. Moreover, since the atmosphere of the pre-drying chamber 4 is pumped into the main drying chamber 1, the thermal energy of the pre-drying chamber 4 can be used as the thermal energy of the main drying chamber 1, and energy saving can be achieved. That is, the present invention provides a drying method for wet-type molded products, in which a green-type molded product such as a tile or roof tile is pre-dried in a pre-drying room 4 and then main-dried in a main drying room 1 adjacent to the pre-drying room 4. Moreover, in the pre-drying chamber 4, the atmosphere inside the chamber is suctioned to pre-dry the wet molded product in a reduced-pressure atmosphere, and in the main drying chamber 1, the atmosphere is sucked into the chamber from the pre-drying chamber 4. In the wet forming process, the atmosphere is pressure-fed in a distributed manner to form an atmosphere in which the difference in temperature and humidity between the main drying chamber 1 and the atmosphere in the pre-drying chamber 4 is reduced, and the wet molded product is dried in this atmosphere. Since this is a drying method for products, it reduces the difference in drying conditions between pre-drying and main drying, and allows drying to be carried out while minimizing the occurrence of cracks and curling of molded products. This is a great invention as it helps improve the yield.
