イリスタ整流位相制御装置から出力された位相信号を前
記アーク電圧検出器から出力されたアーク電圧信号によ
って補償され、前記サイリスタ位相角御装置へ位相制御
信号を出力する電極制御補償回路を具備してなる直流ア
