Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. クリーンルーム内の空気を外気と共にファンにより中間
    フィルターと高性能フィルターを介して循環せしめ、そ
    の循環空気の温度と湿度とを空調器により制御するよう
    にした清浄空気生成装置において、上記ファンを複数個
    並列に設けると共に、中間フィルター及び高性能フィル
    ターを各々複数個のユニットにより分割構成し、各ユニ
    ットに導かれる循環空気の流量を制御するバルブを設け
    たことを特徴とする清浄空気生成装置。
