Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ本体に前部の小径部と後部の大径部よりなる段
    付シリンダ孔を設け、このシリンダ孔に、前記小径部及
    び大径部に各対応する小径ピストン部及び大径ピストン
    部を有するピストンを摺合し、このピストンの所定の後
    退位置で前記小径ピストン部前方に形成される油圧室に
    開口するリリーフポートと、前記小径ピストン部及び大
    径ピストン部間に形成される補給油室に開口するサプラ
    イポートとを、前記シリンダ本体に形成された通油路を
    介して油槽に連通し、前記通油路には弁−装置を介装し
    、前記弁装置は前記補給油室の圧力が所定値以上に上昇
    したとき開弁する圧力応動弁と、前記油槽から前記補給
    油室への一方向にのみ油の流れを許容する一方向弁と、
    前記圧力応動弁及び前記一方向弁を迂回して前記油槽と
    前記ＩＪ　ＩＪ−フポートとの間を連通ずる流路抵抗の
    大きいノくイパスとを備えてなる急速充填型マスクシリ
    ンダにおいて、前記通油路に前記弁装置を収容する弁室
    を設け、前記一方向弁は前記弁室の内端面に形成される
    弁座と、該弁座に対向する中空弁体と、該中空弁体を前
    記弁座側へ付勢する弁ばねとより構成し、前記中空弁体
    は前記弁座側に位置し前記弁室に回転及び摺動自在に嵌
    合される球状部と該球状部に連設されそれよりも小径の
    筒状部とよりなり、前記球状部には前記弁室の前記弁座
    側空間と前記筒状部側空間を連通ずる連通路を設け、前
    記圧力応動弁を前記中空弁体内に組込んだこ点を特徴と
    する急速充填型マスクシリンダ。　−
