ィルムの幅より−も狭くした矯正ローラと、熱溶融性の
インクを収容したインクタンクと、前記フィルムの進行
方向に対して矯正ローラの前方に配置されたインク除去
手段と、該インク除去手段にフィルムを介して対向する
ように設けられた加熱手段とを備え、前記フィルム゛ 
 の進行と同時に矯正ローラを回転させることによりイ
ンクタンク内のインクを汲上げて、矯正ローラとフィル
ムとの接触部にインク溜りを形成すると共に、そのイン
クを矯正ロニラの溝を通してフ□イルムの表面に塗布し
、その際インク溜りの両側からあふれてフィルムの表面
両側部に付着する不要なインクを加熱手段により加熱し
つつインク除去手段で除去してインクタンク内に戻すよ
うにしたことを特徴とする熱転写記録装置におけるイン
ク塗布機構。
