However, in the above-mentioned arrangement, rust occurs due to the metal propeller 11 and rotating shaft 13 coming into direct contact with seaweed, which is a natural food, which is undesirable from a food hygiene perspective. 11 had the trouble of remaining with seaweed attached to it. In addition, since the main focus of conventional equipment is to prevent deterioration of freshness, an additional process is added to remove impurities attached to seaweed, which has the disadvantage of poor work efficiency. had.

The present invention uses a circulating flow generated by compressed air pressure supplied to an aquarium containing seaweed to circulate and agitate the seaweed, thereby removing deposits from the seaweed and uniformizing the quality of the seaweed. A method for uniformizing the quality of seaweed characterized by This is a seaweed quality equalization device characterized by a structure in which seaweed is circulated together with water.

以下、本発明を一実施例に基づき詳述する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on one embodiment.

On one side of a water tank 1 of an appropriate shape, such as a cylinder, made of an appropriate material such as vinyl chloride or book, which is water and salt water resistant, there is a circulation path 2 made of an appropriate material such as vinyl chloride. , lower openings 3.4 are provided at appropriate positions at the top and bottom of the tank 1, or at the bottom, to enable circulation between the circulation path 2 and the inside of the tank 1.

In addition, in the embodiment, the compressed air supply pipe 7 is connected to the compressed air supply section 5 from a position higher than the circulation path 2, which prevents water from flowing backward when compressed air is not supplied. If a check valve is provided in the middle of the air feed pipe 7, the above-mentioned configuration is unnecessary.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and the seaweed 8 and water in the aquarium 1 are put into the aquarium 1 as shown in FIG. When supplied to the inlet 5, the compressed air is violently bubbled in the circulation path 2, and the seaweed 8 and water in the circulation path 2 form a strong circulation flow (see arrows in Figure 3), and enter the aquarium 1 from the upper opening 3. Drained tangentially, aquarium 1. The seaweed 8 and water inside the aquarium 1 flow due to the circulation flow at this time. (Refer to the one-point arrow line in FIG. 1) The seaweed 8 near the lower opening 4 of the aquarium tank 1 is drawn into the circulation path 2 by the circulation flow, and the circulation is repeated.

In addition, in the compressed air supply section 5, seaweed 8 is removed by the rising force of air bubbles 9.
In addition to acting to separate dirt, etc. attached to the seaweed 8 itself by contact with the seaweed itself, blowing air bubbles 9 onto the seaweed 8 itself not only supplies oxygen to the seaweed, but also returns it to the aquarium 1. Air bubbles often adhere to seaweed, which helps keep it fresh.

Therefore, according to the present invention, compressed air bubbles 9 are generated in the circulation path 2, which generates a circulation flow in the circulation path 2 to agitate the seaweed. It is possible to remove the adhering impurities from the seaweed, and it is also possible to create a flow in the aquarium and supply oxygen to the seaweed, which makes it possible to maintain freshness better. When used for seaweed, the quality of seaweed is made more uniform and higher quality seaweed is obtained compared to conventional seaweed.
It is possible to improve the quality by 3rd grade.
