  1. 小径管内を流れる半速流体の温度を熱電対で計測する装
    置において、上体側フランジに固定された上流側管と同
    上流側管と同径で熱電対挿入孔を有し、下流側フランジ
    に固定された内筒と、同内筒の中心線を通る直線状に熱
    電対挿入孔をもち、前記内筒と中心線を共通にし′、下
    流側フランジに固定され前記内筒との間に空間を有し外
    面を断熱材で覆った外筒とより構成されたことを特徴と
    す
