第５図は第４図の■−■−線断面図である。第６図は同
安全装置の電気回路図である。 ４：丸刃物、５：刃先、８：給送箱、１３：刃物カバー
、２゛１：鍵ハンドル、２７：マイクロスイッチ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 食品を収納する給送箱を、回転する丸刃物に向って往復
    動し、食品を丸刃物で順次切截する食品スライサーにお
    いて、丸刃物の切截側と反対側の刃先を覆う刃物カバー
    を取外可能に取付け、刃物カバーをその取付状態にロッ
    クする装置を設け、このロック装置をこれに係合する鍵
    ハンドルで解除可能に装置し、食品スライサーの駆動を
    禁止するスイッチを刃物カバーのロック装置の解除によ
    って作動可能に設けたことを特徴とする食品スライサー
    の刃物カバーの安全装置。
