[Detailed explanation of the idea] Conventionally, tanks for storing low-temperature liquids have been constructed with a concrete water-stop wall on the outside of the tank body, and in the event that the liquid inside the tank leaks out. There is a type in which the water is collected inside the water stop wall, but recently, the water stop wall in the above type is moved closer to the tank body as an outer tank side plate, and a seal plate is installed inside this outer layer side plate to prevent the liquid from flowing. A concrete type low-temperature tank is being considered in which the tank is kept tightly sealed and an outer tank roof plate is provided to create a space between the inner and outer tanks.

As shown in FIG. 1, the concrete type low-temperature tank described above has an outer tank concrete 2 constructed on a foundation concrete 1 to serve as an outer tank side plate, and an inner tank built inside the outer tank concrete 2. A metal inner tank 3 consisting of a side plate 4, an inner tank bottom plate 5, and an inner tank roof plate 6 is installed, and inside the outer tank concrete 2, a cold insulation material 7 made of glass wool or the like of a required thickness is installed. At the same time, a cold insulating material 8 is provided on the upper surface of the foundation concrete 1, and the cold insulating material 8 is placed inside the cold insulating material 7 and outside the inner tank 3.
A seal part 9 consisting of a side membrane 10 and a bottom membrane 11 is applied to the upper surface, and the peripheral part of the outer tank bottom plate 12 disposed between the inner tank bottom plate 5 and the cold insulation material 8 of the inner tank 3 is covered with the above seal. It has a structure in which it is polymerized with the bottom membrane 11 of the plate 9,
In the unlikely event that liquid leaks from the inner tank 3, a seal plate 9 is used to maintain liquid tightness.

In the low-temperature tank configured in this way, even if liquid leaks out from the inner tank, it can be sealed with the seal plate on the inner surface of the outer tank side plate, and even if liquid accumulates in the space S between the inner and outer tanks, the cold insulation material 7 , 15, the outer tank does not become low temperature, and there are advantages in terms of space compared to the conventional method.

The present invention attempts to attach the nozzle barrel in the above-mentioned low temperature tank so that it can easily absorb the heat shrinkage of the nozzle barrel. The lower barrel, which is fixed to the roof board and has an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the upper barrel and houses the pump at the bottom, is supported on a support stand on the inner tank bottom plate, and is attached to the inner surface of the upper end of the lower barrel. It is characterized by a gasket shaped like a wedge that bites in from below and slidably fitted around the outer periphery of the lower end of the upper barrel.

As shown in FIG. 2, the barrel of the liquid dispensing pump nozzle 17 is divided into two in the longitudinal direction, and the upper barrel 18 is
The outer tank roof plate 14 and the cold insulation material 15 are passed through the inner tank roof plate 6 and arranged in a vertical state, and the upper barrel 18 is fixed to the inner tank roof plate 6 so that the inner tank roof plate 6 is connected to the upper barrel. 1
8 is suspended, and the part of the upper hull 18 located in the space S part is airtightly connected to the outer tank roof plate 14 by a bellows 20 so as to cope with heat shrinkage.

Further, the lower barrel 19 has a foot valve 21 at the lower end as an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the upper barrel 18, and an electric pump 24 is housed in the lower end, and the foot valve 21 is in contact with the inner tank bottom plate 5. In order to prevent this, the lower barrel 19 is supported by a support stand 22 provided on the bottom plate 5 via a stopper 23 fixed to the outer periphery of the lower end of the lower barrel 19.

The upper end of the lower barrel 19 supported by the support stand 22 and the lower end of the upper barrel 18 fixed to the inner tank roof plate 6 are connected by inserting the lower end of the upper barrel 18 into the lower barrel 19, and an enlarged view is shown in FIG. As shown, a wedge-shaped packing 25 with a tapered outer surface is loosely fitted on the outer periphery of the lower end of the upper barrel 18, while a packing 26 with a tapered inner surface corresponding to the packing 25 is fitted on the inner surface of the upper end of the lower parrel 19. A plate 27 is provided protruding from the inner surface to fix the packing 25 and to prevent the packing 25 from slipping out from the lower end of the upper barrel 18. Let the sleeve absorb it.

In addition, 28 is a thin Teflon sheet placed between the lower end of the upper barrel 18 and the inner surface of the lower barrel 19 in order to allow pressure to act on the gasket 25 when discharging liquid, and 29 is a steady rest for the lower barrel 19. Inner tank side plate 4

With the above configuration, when discharging the liquid stored in the inner tank 3, the electric pump 24 is driven to suck the liquid through the foot valve 21 and discharge it to the outside of the tank through the barrels 18 and 19.

At this time, pump discharge pressure P is generated in the barrel 19, but this discharge pressure P acts as a surface pressure on the packing 25 through the Teflon sheet 28, so that the packing 25, which is loosely fitted into the upper barrel 18, is pushed upward and floats up, and the wedge action further improves the sealing performance between the gaskets 25 and 26, making it possible to reduce leakage of liquid into the tank when liquid is dispensed.

Next, the upper end of the upper barrel 18 in the inner tank 3 is fixed to the inner tank roof plate 6, and the lower end of the lower barrel 19 is supported on a support stand 22, but the fitting part of both barrels provides flexibility. Since the barrel is thin, heat shrinkage of the barrel can be easily absorbed.

Furthermore, since the space S is also made low temperature due to the storage of the low-temperature liquid, the upper barrel 18 located in the space S also shrinks due to heat, but this heat shrinkage can be absorbed by the bellows 20 of the outer tank.

As described above, according to the nozzle of the present invention, the nozzle barrel is divided into an upper part and a lower part, and the diameter of the lower barrel is made larger than that of the upper barrel so that the upper barrel can fit therein. Since the wedge-shaped packing loosely fitted to the lower end is floated by the liquid discharge pressure and bites into the packing on the inner surface of the upper end of the lower barrel, it is possible to prevent liquid from leaking into the tank when discharging liquid, and
Parrel's heat shrinkage can be easily absorbed, and since no bellows are used on the inner tank roof, the possibility of gas leaking from the inner tank due to damage to the bellows is reduced.
This excellent effect can be achieved.
