one end of the horizontal fixing rod (300) is connected with the inner wall of the containing groove (102), the other end of the horizontal fixing rod (300) is connected with the middle of the convex surface of the first clamping ring (400), first flanges (401) are outwards arranged on two sides of an opening of the first clamping ring (400), a plurality of first threaded through holes (4011) are arranged on each first flange (401), second flanges (501) are outwards arranged on two sides of an opening of the second clamping ring (500), a plurality of second threaded through holes (5011) are arranged on each second flange (501), each bolt (600) sequentially penetrates through the second threaded through holes (5011) and the first threaded through holes (4011), and pipe bodies of the first overflow pipe (202) and the second overflow pipe (205) are respectively in locking connection with the first clamping ring (400) and the second clamping ring (500) of one fastener;
and the inner wall of the first clamping ring (400) and the inner wall of the second clamping ring (500) are provided with vibration damping layers (800).

one end, far away from the heat storage water tank (100), of the horizontal connecting pipe (201) penetrates through the sealing cover (901) through a first water conveying pipe (902) and extends into the heat-insulating barrel (900), and the heat-insulating barrel (900) is used for storing hot water and collecting water overflowing from the heat storage water tank (100).
