Claims

An input shaft 2 and an output shaft are supported concentrically in a case 1a, a tapered sun roller 6 is provided at the inner end of the case 1a of the input shaft 2, and a shaft rod 8 is provided at the inner end of the case 1a of the output shaft 3. A straight cylindrical planetary roller 7 is provided on the shaft rod 8 so as to be in contact with the tapered surface 6a of the sun roller 6, and a tapered surface 6a of the sun roller 6 is provided around the planetary roller rough.
This reduction gear is provided with a cam ring 11 having a tapered surface 11a on its inner periphery that is substantially parallel to the cam ring 11, and the cam ring 11 is biased toward the input shaft 2 by a biasing means 12.
