測定量に無関係に容量が一定な固定コンデンサと、前記
可変コンデンサと固定コンデンサに発振出力を印加する
発振器と、整流用ダイオードを含み前記可変コンデンサ
を流れる交流電流を直流信号として検出する第1の検出
回路と、整流用ダイオードを含み前記固定コンデンサを
流れる交流電流を直流信号として検出する第2の検出回
路と、前記第2の検出回路の出力・と第1の検出回路の
出力との差を演算して、出力信号を得る回路と、温度セ
ンサを有し、周囲温度と基準温度との差に関連した温度
補償信号を発生する温度補償回路と、前記第1の検出回
路の出力と前記温度補償回路の出力の和が一定になるよ
うに前記発振器の発振出力を制御する回路とを具備した
