Hereinafter, blank clay foam is obtained by chemically treating aluminosilicate minerals and molding and drying beads with a cellular structure using an inorganic binder. This is a pumice-like heat insulating material made from glassy raw material and foamed using a special foaming material. Fig. 1 shows a method of inserting and filling a pre-molded inorganic foam (5) into the frame (2); Alternatively, it may be molded by pouring or pouring.

Metal foil (6) such as zinc foil or iron foil has a thickness of 20μ to 60μ
The metal foil (6) increases the strength of the inner wall panel (11 itself and improves the fire protection performance. In this case, as shown in FIG. ) part as well as the panel (11) including the frame body (2).
It is desirable to adhere metal foil (6) to the entire surface of the plate.

FIG. 2 shows the interior wall panel (11) obtained as described above.
In the figure, (7) is a steel frame frame, and the inner wall panel (11 is, for example, attached to the outer outer wall by a vertical step (3a) formed on the vertical bar (3)). It is fixed together with the panel (8) by metal fittings (9).A finish plate is usually pasted on the surface side of the inner wall panel (1).

Fig. 3 shows another embodiment of the inner wall panel +1) of the present invention, in which a groove (10) is formed inside the vertical bar (3), and an inorganic foam (5) is inserted into the groove (10) at the end. protrusion (11)
The metal foil (6) is attached to both sides of the frame (2) to strengthen the connection with the frame (2). Furthermore, in FIG. 4, an iron frame (2) is used in place of the wooden frame (5), and the vertical frame (3) constituting this frame (2) has a U-shaped cross section. Make a mold and its flange (12) (12)
However, when it is attached to the frame assembly (7), it is used as a material. In this example, my father-in-law asked me to cover the surface of one metal foil (6) with a surface material (13) such as nonwoven fabric such as glass fiber, kraft paper, or polyethylene sheet.
This prevents corrosion of the metal foil (6). Of course, the same or different types of surface materials (13) may be attached to the surfaces of both metal foils (6).

As described above, according to the present invention, since an inorganic foam is used as a heat insulating material for the inner wall, it is possible to obtain an inner wall panel that has excellent heat insulation properties, and also has excellent fire prevention performance because it is a noncombustible material. In particular, in the present invention, since gold foil such as zinc foil or iron foil is attached to the surface, the strength is increased and the fireproof performance is further improved. Since it is integrated, the frame can be used as a member to be attached to a framework, etc., and therefore, it can be immediately attached as it is, which has the effect of making the installation work easier on site.
