That is, to explain the configuration of the present invention based on the illustrated embodiment, in the figure (11 is four grooves 11 (2) +2
1... is an iron frame (1) formed into a rectangular shape with the groove facing outward, and a calcium silicate plate (3) is placed on one side of the space surrounded by the iron frame, An asbestos slate board (4) is stretched over the other side, and the space between the calcium silicate board (3) and the asbestos slate board (4) is filled with an inorganic cold foam insulation material (5). be. As such an inorganic room-temperature foam insulation material (5), for example, Foam Cerabon (manufactured by Shikoku Kaken Kogyo Co., Ltd.) whose main raw materials are an alumina cement binder and silica is used.
The inorganic cold foam insulation material (5) is foamed to about three times its size at room temperature and then filled and solidified. This inorganic room temperature foam insulation material (5) is
It has approximately uniform and strong bubbles, has excellent heat insulation, heat resistance, and sound insulation, and has excellent mechanical strength and good impact resistance.

In particular, although organic foam insulation materials have conventionally been used, the present invention provides a foam insulation material that has superior fire protection performance compared to organic foam insulation materials because it is inorganic. It will be done. In addition, in the present invention, calcium silicate plates (3) and asbestos slate plates (4), which are also inorganic materials, are placed on both sides of the inorganic cold foam insulation material (5) to create a composite. Therefore, higher fire prevention performance can be demonstrated. Furthermore, the inorganic cold foam heat insulating material (5) is lightweight with a bulk specific gravity of 0.30 to 0.35, and therefore is easy to handle and has excellent workability.

FIG. 2 shows a method of filling the inorganic room-temperature foam insulation material (5). First, asbestos or slate board (4) is attached to one side of the iron frame (1) to form a box shape. A paste of inorganic cold foam insulation material (5) mixed in the presence of water is poured into this, and after or before foaming and solidifying this, a calcium silicate plate (

) is approximately 15 mm thick, and the calcium silicate plate (3) and asbestos slate plate (4) are each 4 mm thick, making a total of 23 mm. is 33 mm.In addition, the means for attaching the iron frame (11) to the calcium silicate plate (3) and the asbestos slate plate (4) are as follows.
Various methods can be considered, such as fastening with screws or rivets, or gluing. In addition, on the iron frame +11, a stepped portion for placing the calcium silicate slope (3) is formed on the inside by bending the web of each channel $11 (21) into steps along the longitudinal direction. It's okay.

As described above, the architectural panel of the present invention is formed by filling the space between the calcium silicate board and the asbestos slate board with an inorganic cold foam insulation material, and in particular, all the materials are made of inorganic materials. It has excellent heat insulation and heat resistance, and satisfies the outdoor fire protection class 2 performance of the JIS standard. It also has excellent impact resistance and sound insulation, and is also relatively lightweight, making it easy to handle. It has excellent workability. Furthermore, the foaming of such inorganic room-temperature foam insulation materials,
Since it can be performed at room temperature without heating, it has excellent workability in this respect as well.In addition, since it is made of alumina and silica as main raw materials, it does not use petroleum resources compared to conventional organic insulation materials. This has the effect of contributing to resource conservation.
