2. Description of the Related Art As a panel panel for a building, a panel having a honeycomb structure or urethane foam as a core and covering the front and back with a cover plate is widely used. Used as a flexible panel board. In particular, when the honeycomb structure itself is made of metal, the honeycomb structure itself is excellent in fire resistance but inferior in heat insulation when the honeycomb structure itself is made of metal. The fire resistance is slightly inferior, and the insulation performance is not good. Also, when urethane foam is used for the core, the heat insulation is excellent but the fire resistance is inferior.
