That is, to explain the structure of the present invention based on an illustrated embodiment, FIG. 1 shows an inner wall panel (
In the figure, (2) shows the left and right vertical bars (3) (3), and these vertical bars (31 (multiple horizontal frame frames passed between 31 + 4) (4)... - A frame material consisting of a frame material (2), that is, a space surrounded by a vertical bar (31 (31) and a horizontal frame (41 (41...) is filled with an inorganic foam (5). It is something that can be evaluated.

Examples of such an inorganic foam (5) include the aforementioned magnesia cement 1 foam, clay foam, and foam glass. Among these, magnesia cement foam is obtained by adding a foaming agent to magnesium oxychloride produced from magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, and water, and then molding and drying.
The characteristics are shown in the table below.

Clay foam is obtained by chemically treating aluminosilicate minerals and molding and drying beads with a cellular structure using an inorganic binder. This is a pumice-like insulation material that is foamed using special foaming material as a raw material. Fig. 1 shows a method of inserting and filling a pre-molded inorganic foam (5) into the frame (2);
It may also be injected or poured into the mold.

Figure 2 shows the inner wall panel +11 obtained as described above.
In the figure, (6) is a steel frame frame, and the inner wall panel (fl) is attached to the outer outer wall by, for example, a vertical step (3a) formed on the vertical bar (3). It is fixed together with the panel (7) by a metal fitting (8). Note that a finishing material is usually pasted on the surface side of the inner wall panel (11).

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the inner wall panel (11) of the present invention, in which a groove (9) is formed inside the vertical bar (3), and an inorganic foam (5) is placed at the end of the groove (9). The protrusions (10) of the parts fit together to strengthen the connection with the frame (2).

As described above, according to the present invention, since an inorganic foam is used as a heat insulator for the inner wall, an inner wall panel with excellent heat insulation properties and, since it is a noncombustible material, also has excellent fire prevention performance can be obtained. In addition, since the inorganic foam U-body is integrated with the frame, this frame can be used as a mounting member to the framework, etc., and can therefore be installed immediately, so it can be easily installed on-site. The installation has the effect of making the work easier.
