このように船の係留作業は多くの人手と作業時間がかか
る。しかも以上の係留作業は通常係船系(100)とし
てワイヤロープを使用して行なわ几るが、このワイヤロ
ープは手軽でハンドリングしやすい反面、切断小数も一
船において年間数件起きており、該係留作業は非常に危
険である。そのため係留作業の自動化が作業の合理化或
