    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ３枚のガラス基板を積層し、その中間のガラス基糸板の
    両面にセグメント電極を、前後のガラス基板にコモン電
    極をそれぞれ形成して各ガラ、ス基板間に液晶を封入し
    た２層構造の液晶表示装置において、コモン電極の一方
    の一部を削除したことを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
