Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 行電極を形成した基板と列電極を形成した基板とを対向
    して配置し、行電極と列電極との交差領域においてＯ・
    表示を行なう液晶表示パネルにおいて、少な（とも前記
    行電極と前記列電極との交差領域では、行電極（もしく
    は列電勲を形成する基板上に第一の電極層と透明絶縁層
    と一第二の電極層とを設け、該行電極（もしくは列電極
    ）を厚層積層状に構成したことを特徴とする液晶表示パ
    ネル。
