電極3と缶体1間に水を介して電流が流れ、電流検出器
4に信号入力されてリレースイッチ1○を開路する。従
って電磁バルブ6は閉状態となシ、給水を停止する。次
に余裕時間T2経過後、前述タイマー制御部11により
リレースイッチ14を閉路し、電気ヒーター2に通電し
、蒸気発生せしめて滅菌を行なうものである。
