As shown in Figures 1 and 2, this consists of an outer boss (3a) fixed to the deck 2 on both sides of the rear end of the deck 2, and an inner boss (3b) fitted in the actuator boss (3a) so as to be vertically slidable.
(Inner boss)
The rear gate 5 is rotatably attached via a hinge member 6 to a lift bracket 4 fitted to the lift bracket 3b so as to be slidable up and down.
At the rear end of the deck 2, the actuator bosses on both sides) 3m and 3a are actuated by the operation of a drive device, such as a hydraulic cylinder 8, installed in the boss support 7, which is connected to the rear end of the deck 2, and a control unit 9 installed at the rear side of the vehicle body 1. The lift bracket 4t is raised and lowered integrally with the rear gate 5 via the drive transmission means 10t. A combination of a cable and a cable guide is used as the drive transmission means 10 described above, but since the cable is routed from within the post support 7 into the guide post 3 with a deflection at right angles, conventionally A combination of wires 11 and 12, which have a high degree of freedom in wiring deflection, and a pulley, which will be described later, is used exclusively. Each of the wires 11 and 12 has one end anchored to the boss support 7 or the cylinder body 8a. - One wire 11 is carried on a boot IJ-13 at the end of the cylinder rod and guided to a guide pulley 14 in one end of the post support 7, and the other wire 12 is carried from the rod end pulley 13 to a guide pulley 15 attached to the guide pulley 14. and leads to the pulley 16 in the other end of the post support 7, and both wires 11 and 12
In order to suspend the outer gate 5, the guide pulleys 14 and 16 are used to deflect the actuator gate 5 upward, and the other end is mounted on the main pulley 17 disposed within the upper end of the outer gate 3, and the other end is lifted. It is moored to an anchor 4a on the back of the bracket 4. In Fig. 2, 18 is an inner boss (actor boss) 3b, which is arranged at the upper end and rolls on the back wall of the rear wall. 4-2, 19 is arranged on the lift bracket 4, and which is an inner boss) 3b, which rolls on the rear wall surface. The roller is disposed at the lower end of the acta boss 38 (inner boss) 3b
The row 2 rolling on the front wall surface is shown. The structure of such a covered lifter is shown in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 1857-104431.

By the way, in such a conventional structure, it is necessary to use a large-diameter pulley for the main pulley 17 in consideration of repeated bending fatigue of the wires 11 and 12, and to layer the wires 11 and 12 in an image layer. On the other hand, this main pulley 17 and guide boo 1J
-If you try to mount them parallel to each other at the same shaft position as 14 and 16, you will need to increase the dimension of the Acta Boss 3a in the vehicle width direction due to its large outer diameter.
3a protrude inwardly at the rear end of the deck 2, thereby significantly narrowing the vehicle width direction dimension of the rear end of the deck 2, thereby deteriorating cargo handling efficiency. Therefore, normally this main pulley 17 is connected to the guide pulleys 14 and 16 as shown in the figure.
The shafts are mounted so that the shafts, rims, and main pulleys 17 rotate in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body by changing the axis phase by 90 degrees, and the dimension of the actuator boss 3a in the vehicle width direction, and by extension the guide boss 3. The overall dimensions of the vehicle in the width direction are made as small as possible.

However, in order to mount the main pulley 17 so that its rotating direction is in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, the dimension l of the actuator boss 3m in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body becomes extremely large, contrary to the above. Normally, the dimension in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body is larger than in the width direction of the vehicle, so it does not have as much of an effect as if it were placed in the vehicle width direction, but when loading cargo from the deck side, the Actabost 3a gets in the way and hinders cargo handling. Also, if there is a restriction on the overall length of the vehicle, what should I do? This results in a narrowing of the length. Furthermore, wire ii as a cord
, 12 are used, the rear gate 5 may not reach its upper limit position due to the elongation of the wires 11 and 12.
There was a problem in which there was a difference in level between the deck and deck 2, which hindered cargo handling operations.

By using the combination of 25 and the main sprocket wheel, the lift chain 21 is different from the wires 11 and 12, and the secondary bending, secondary bending, tertiary bending, etc. are complicated bending. No stress is generated, and therefore, even if the main sprocket wheel is used with a small diameter that fits within the inner width of the actuator boss (3a), the secondary durability of the lift chains 21 and 22 will not be impaired. Main sprocket wheel or acta boss) 3
In the structure in which the guide sprocket wheel n is disposed in parallel with the guide sprocket wheel 25 in the upper end of the actuator boss 3, the width of the actuator boss 3 is not increased by using the small diameter main sprocket wheel 26. As a result, the space occupied by the main sprocket wheel in the front and rear directions within the acta boss 3a is not taken up, so the front and rear dimensions of the acta boss 3a can be set to a minimum dimension of 11. It is possible to eliminate problems such as restrictions on the front and rear lengths of the deck, which have been a major hindrance to work.

In addition, the lift chains 21 and 22 are wires 11 and 1
Unlike 2, since there is no elongation, there is no difference in level between the rear gate 5 and the deck 2 at the upper limit position of the rear gate 5, which will not hinder cargo handling operations. Furthermore,
The lift chains 21 and 22 have excellent durability, and have the advantage that they do not require frequent replacement because they are not subjected to complicated bending moments.

Now, considering the movement of the lift chains 21 and 22 around the main sprocket wheels, the chain 2
1 and 22 and the rear sprocket wheels, each adjacent link forming the chain breaks at the connecting pin, and the main sprocket wheels 26 and 21 and 22 swing in the vehicle width direction within the guide post 3, and the rear gate 5 This affects the lifting and lowering operation of the machine as vertical vibration. Therefore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the support bracket row of the main sprocket wheel is slidably connected to the lift chain on the suspension side of the rear gate 5 near the lower side of the main sprocket wheel. A steadying member 29 for pressing is provided. This pregnancy prevention member 29
The guide has a protrusion 30 that engages between the links on both sides of the chains 21 and 22 and circumscribes the connecting pin, so that the chains 21 and 22 are pressed toward the center of the guide post by the addition of the protrusion to prevent swinging. It's Nishide. Further, the road half of the chain sliding contact edge of the protruding piece (9) is formed in an arc shape so that the chain can be smoothly guided between the protruding piece (9) and the main sprocket wheel. Therefore, the lift chains 21 and 22 are reliably stabilized on the lift gate 5 lifting side, and the lifting and lowering operations of the lift gate 5 are not accompanied by vibrations, allowing cargo handling work to be carried out safely. It is possible.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the front and rear internal dimensions of the guide post can be made as small as possible without narrowing the vehicle width direction dimension at the rear end of the deck. This has the advantage that it is possible to avoid the guide post from getting in the way as much as possible, and also to avoid narrowing the deck length in cases where the longitudinal length of the vehicle body is restricted, so that the loading capacity is not reduced. In addition, by adopting a lift chain that does not stretch, it is possible to eliminate the difference in level between the rear gate and the deck at the upper limit position of the rear gate, making it possible to carry out cargo handling operations safely, as well as supporting the drive transmission system. This has a great practical effect of improving durability.
