Claims (1)
り内部上方空所部に排出され、排気中の混入油分が分離
され下方にためられる油タンク、この油タンクの上部に
取付けられ、油タンク内空所部の油分の除かれた排気を
放出口から上方に放出させる上ぶた、上記油タンクにた
められである油を底部から上記真空ポンプの本体部に供
給する送油管、上記油タンクの下部に接続され貯油の油
面を所定高さに保たせるあふれ管、傘形をなしており、
上記油タンク内に上記排出管の上端を上方から間隔をあ
けて覆って配設され、排出管から上昇する排気を受けて
方向変換させ、混入している油気を油滴にして回収する
ためのバッフルプレート、及びこのバッフルプレートの
外周縁部に固着され、下方に延びた下端部が油中にあり
、側周に配設された複数の導出穴により、油分の除かれ
た排気を上記油タンク内上方に導くようにしたスカート
を備えた真空ポンプ用油分離器。The exhaust gas from the vacuum pump is discharged to the internal upper space through a discharge pipe rising from the bottom, and the oil mixed in the exhaust gas is separated and stored in the lower part of the oil tank.
