取付けられ、油タンク内空所部の油分の除かれた排気を
放出口から上方に放出させる上ぶた、上記油タンクにた
められである油を底部から上記真空ポンプの本体部に供
給する送油管、上記油タンクの下部に接続され貯油の油
面を所定高さに保たせるあふれ管、傘形をなしており、
上記油タンク内に上記排出管の上端を上方から間隔をあ
けて覆って配設され、排出管から上昇する排気を受けて
方向変換させ、混入している油気を油滴にして回収する
ためのバッフルブレー粂 ト１、及び外部から上記油タンク内の空所部上力に配設
され、外方から所定量の不燃性ガスが送入され、上記空
所部の爆発性ガスの空気との混合割合を安全な範囲に低
下させるための不燃性ガス送入管を備えた真空ポンプ用
