Claims (1)
外線透過窓近傍に、赤外線透過窓材、導電体リングおよ
び焦電体膜を、この順序で積層配設してなり、前記金属
ケースは、その頂壁中央部が開口を含めて上方に突出し
て開口の下に赤外線透過窓材収容部が形成され、更に頂
壁周縁部内壁面に前記導電体リング上面と面接触する赤
外線センサにおいて、突出する頂壁中央部の開口の周囲
内面には赤外線透過窓材固定用の突出部が形成されてい
ることを特徴とする赤外線センサ。 2 前記赤外線透過窓材固定用突出部が、突出する頂壁
中央部の開口の周囲のほぼ水平な内面に突起部として形
成される実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の赤外線
センサ。 3 前記赤外線透過窓材固定用突出部が、突出する頂壁
中央部の開口周囲内面の外側から内側への下方傾斜によ
り開口の内側縁として与えられる実用新案登録請求の範
