Claims (1)
外線透過窓近傍に、赤外線透過窓材、導電性リングおよ
び焦電体膜を、この順序で積層゛配設してなる赤外線セ
ンサにおいて、前記導電性リングは、その赤外線透過窓
材側の面に、中央開口、赤外線透過窓材配設用凹陥部お
よび周縁突出部を有し、該周縁突出部において前記金属
ケースの開口を包囲する頂部内壁周縁部と面接触するこ
とを特徴とする赤外線センサ。 ２ 前記導電性リングは、前記凹陥部形成面と逆側の面
が平坦であり、周縁部が肉厚となっている実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項に記載の赤外線センサ。 ３ 前記導電性リングは、実質的に一様な厚さを有して
いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の赤外線セン
