よび周縁突出部を有し、該周縁突出部において前記金属
ケースの開口を包囲する頂部内壁周縁部と面接触するこ
とを特徴とする赤外線センサ。 2 前記導電性リングは、前記凹陥部形成面と逆側の面
が平坦であり、周縁部が肉厚となっている実用新案登録
