を示す正面図であり、第５図はリード端子の他の例を示
す正面図であり、第６図はリード端子のさらに他の例を
示す正面図であり、第７図はリード端子の形成工程を示
す平面図であり、第８図はプリント回路基板への取付は
状態を示す断面図である。 １１・・・混成集積回路部品、１３・・・リード端子、
１４・・・プリント回路基板、１８・・・半田付着防止
剤、１９・・・半田付着部。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回路基板に穿設された多数のリード端子挿通孔にそれぞ
    れ挿通され、このリード端子挿通孔への挿通方向と反対
    側の面に設けられた配線パターン部に半田を介して接続
    される多数のリード端子を有し、これらリード端子の上
    記リード端子挿通孔から突出した先端部分に半田非着処
    理を施してなる多端子形電子部品。
