Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 切削刃を有する板状のカッターを上面に有し周面に螺旋
    状の搾り部を形成し垂直軸を中心として回転する回転体
    と、この回転体の搾り部を小間隙をもって囲繞して調理
    室を形成するとともにこの調理室に開口したジュース流
    出口とかす排出口を有する調理ケースと、この調理ケー
    スを着脱自在に嵌合保持する器体と、この器体に着脱自
    在に取着され前記調理ケースの上面商口部を覆い前記カ
    ッターに対向した被調理材料投入口を形成した蓋体とを
    具備し、前記調理ケースの開口縁部に前記−器体に取着
    した蓋体の内面に接触されるリップ部を内径方向に傾斜
    させて突出したバッキングを取付けたことを特徴とする
    ジューサ。
