    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 切断刃の取付けられた刃取付杆部を下部前端間に架設し
    た左右側壁が一体の上面板前端に前蓋が常時閉鎖するよ
    うにばね付勢されて開閉自在に枢着された被蓋部材及び
    該被蓋部材が開閉自在に覆着された巻フィルムの収納で
    きる受部材でなる本体ケースと、上記前蓋を開いた際に
    回動伏倒して切断刃の刃先部を隠蔽する刃先覆杆と、前
    蓋の開口時に該刃先覆杆の回動起立を阻止する抑止装置
    と、巻フィルムからの引出しフィルムを切断する際に前
    蓋かばね作用で自動的に閉鎖すると共に刃先覆杆が起立
    復元される機構とからなる包装用巻フィルム切断ケース
    。
