磁石に磁着性ある溝付き母型を磁着させ、プレス操作で
カッティング面に母型を接着させる方式を発明し、特願
昭56−7823y号として出願しているのであるが、
斯る方式においても種々の欠点が生じるのである。即ち
、押罫の本抜型からの突出が小なる場合或いは磁石の磁
着力が弱い場合などにより磁石が確実に押罫に磁着され
るとは保証できないものであり、プレス操作時に何らか
の衝撃で磁石が脱落するおそれを多分に有し、この脱落
により母型を正確にカッティング面に取付けることがで
きない事態が生じるばかりでなく、母型取付後において
磁石の脱落が生じた場合には直ちに停止するとは限らな
い本抜型の昇降に伴い押罫によって磁石をプレスし、押
罫を損傷せしめるおそれをも有しているのである。本発
明は斯る点に鑑み、更に改良を加えた新規な母型の取付
装置を提供しようとするもので、磁着性ある押罫1と、
押罫1に沿う本抜型2の下面に設けた滋着体3と、上面
を磁着体3に、側面を押罫1に夫々磁着される磁石4と
、上面の長手方向に溝7を有し、下面に接着剤9を設け
、前記磁石4の下面に、溝7に押罫1を臨ませて磁着さ
れる母型6とから成ることを特徴とするものである。

う支障の発生は全く生じることはなく、安全に用いるこ
とができるばかりでなく、磁石4の長期間に亘つての繰
返し利用が可能なことから経済的にも有利である。また
、磁石4がゴム磁石である場合には母型6のカッティン
グプレート11への接着に当ってはゴム磁石の有する弾
性を以つて押圧でき、柔軟に且つ強力に接着することが
できるばかりでなく、万一磁石4の脱落が生じても押罫
1の不測の損傷を防止できるのである。更には、磁石4
の下方に押罫1に平行するガイド5を突出形成すること
で、当該ガイド5を母型6の溝7に核入し或いは母型6
の外縁に当接して母型6を滋肴することができ、押罫1
に対する母型6の溝7の位置をより一層正確化でき、極
めて精度の高い折目等を確実に作成できるのである。
