試験片の変形に対する抵抗体の抵抗値変化の関係図であ
る。 ２・・・ヒートシンク、３・・・金属コア、４・・・は
うろうエナメノ東５・・・電気回路、１１・・・はうろ
う回路板。

    の下面に、ヒートシンク２が密接状態に固定されるとと
    もに、前記はうろう回路板は、両側部がヒートシンクか
    ら離間する如く湾曲する復元力を有することを特徴とす
    るほうろう回路板のヒートシンクに対する取付構造。
