Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷媒ガスを高圧に圧縮する圧縮機と、高圧冷媒ガスを冷
    却する熱交換器と、上記熱交換器の中間から高圧冷媒ガ
    スの一部を導入し断熱膨張仕事をさせることによって寒
    冷を発生させる膨張機を内蔵したコールドボックスより
    なる極低温液化冷凍機において、上記熱交換器を、高熱
    伝導率多孔板と低熱伝導率スペーサを交互に多数積層す
    ることによって構成するとともに、上記熱交換器の極低
    温部への侵入熱を低減させるための熱シールド板を設け
    、該熱シールド板を上記熱交検器の高熱伝導率多孔板と
    直接熱接触させるようにしたことを特徴とする極低温液
    化冷凍機。
